I have been practicing social work in various capacities since 2005, and I opened my private practice in 2019.

I work with individuals and couples on anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, anger, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My work draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques.
